We are hiring the Marketing Manager who will focus his/her efforts on providing Transportation Commercial Marketing and sales support for the EMEA & APAC regions.

COMPANY

Our client is the Italian sales company of a multinational group, specialized in the design, production and marketing of electrical and electronic components and accessories for various fields of application.

The place of work is between Vicenza and Verona.


POSITION 

The Transportation Commercial Marketing Manager will focus his/her efforts on providing marketing and sales support for the EMEA & APAC regions.

He/She will be the primary contact for sales and marketing personnel regarding the Transportation & Specialty markets and related  products for pricing, quotations, contract reviews, analytics, forecasting, specification reviews, CRM updating, SAP support.

 Her/His main responsibilities will include:

- managing product pricing changes by updating all price related documentation, databases and operating systems;

- analyzing and monitoring technological, commercial and demographic factors via analytics of sales data, price sensitivity, research, trends and CRM, to seize opportunities and minimize the effects of competitors’ activities. assisting in Strategic and Tactical Planning to increase sales, market share and profits in the selected markets;

- developing, reviewing and negotiating customer contract proposals, terms and conditions, bids and specs;

- providing sales support by developing and implementing sales tools, attending trade shows, meetings and occasional calls.

REQUIREMENTS 

To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate should:

- have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing;

- have gained a three-year experience in the Automotive industry - Aftermarket  and/or OEM channels with Engine start batteries, chargers, systems and/or related accessories in industrial and retail selling settings;

- be proficient with Microsoft suite, with proven  experience in applications used for data analysis, presentation and reporting;

- be proficient  in English; proficiency in German is a plus;

- possess strong managerial skills and ability to analyze, interpret and forecast changes in customer and markets behaviors.

- be available for occasional business trips.
